Experience: bagg and UERA.
In a market where the big dinosaurs are entrenched in their old habits, it is very difficult to bring about changes. Even when a problem is recognized and seen by everyone, how can we evolve and support the transformation? The baggage handling system loses 5 bags per 1000 travelers. 4 billion was supposed to be invested before Covid-19 to improve this problem and enhance the travel experience, but nothing was done. If this investment had been made, it would have, however, created complications such as wasted time for travelers based on the technology they wanted to use, which required airlines to affix and remove electronic tags on each bag.
With the company Bagg, we have developed an innovative solution to connect all the stakeholders involved in baggage management. Without requiring airlines and airports to modify their current infrastructure and software, we are now able, with a plugin, to track and see exactly where the bags are located, and not only that.
I have repositioned the company to expended its product to other sectors, from luxury, cold chain, food, to health. Shifting from bagg to the growing company UERA.
